Evora Beef aims to bring premium beef products to consumers at an affordable price. We have a fully accredited butcher shop and process meat for sale to the public.

Hereford meat is generally of low fat content and we bring to the consumer a quality tasty experience. All animals are processed at a recognised abattoir and professionally butchered.

Is our hamper delivered frozen or fresh?
Your hamper will be delivered fresh in labelled cryovac bags.
Do you deliver? Does it cost extra? Am I able to have the delivery to my home or work?
We deliver to most areas of Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle & the Hunter Valley.
If you live within 25km of Dungog you will be eligible for free delivery, if you are outside of that area we have listed our prices below – these will be auto calculated at checkout.

You are able to nominate a delivery point, however somebody needs to be in attendance to accept the delivery at the pre-arranged time.
Are the Cattle grass fed and free roaming?
Yes, our cattle are not feed lot fed. Our cattle are never fed in feed lots, they are fed on pasture of kikuyu, rye, clover and lucerne.
Are the beef packs cryovac packed?
Yes, they are cryovac packed and labelled ready to go straight into your fridge or freezer.
How do I pay?
We offer a number of payment options. You can pay online either by card or direct deposit, or cash on delivery.
Can I customise my order?
Our beef packs are primarily standard.
Variations may be accommodated on request (depending on availability).
Is the beef preservative and gluten free?
Yes, our beef is preservative, hormone and gluten free, except for sausages and corned silverside.
Sausage ingrediants are free of hormones and gluten and contains soy and sulphates as well as Maize Flour, Salt, Mineral Salt brine and a pineapple cure containing: Kiln Dried Flossy Pacific salt, sugar, mineral salt (451, 450, 452) Antioxidant (316), flavour enhancer (621), Preservative (250), Hydralysed Vegetable Protein (Maize) and Flavours-Pineapple. The equipment used to make sausage mix may have been used in the preparation of other foods containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
If you were to order corned beef from Evora Beef, the silerside is cured in a Pacific salt brine and a pineapple cure containing the following ingredients: Kiln Dried Flossy Pacific salt, sugar, mineral salt (451, 450, 452) Antioxidant (316), flavour enhancer (621), Preservative (250), Hydralysed Vegetable Protein (Maize) and Flavours-Pineapple.
This product contains SODIUM NITRATE and is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
